When will my nest be sent?
All Regular baby nests, wraps and liners are dispatched within five business days. Maxi nests and Twins are shipped within two weeks.
How long time does the shipping take?
We ship everything with Australia Post. Domestic orders are usually delivered within 2-5 days and international depends on the country but usually arrives within 3 -10 days. Please head over to "Shipping policy" for more information about shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping within Australia costs between A$7 and A$18 depending on parcel size. Use the shipping fee calculator at checkout to receive an accurate quote for all deliveries.
What is the nest made out of?
All of our baby nests and liners are made out of 100% organic cotton, GOTS certified cotton fabric and GOLS certified natural latex. Is it necessary to get a liner?
You can avoid having to wash the baby nest by using a liner, as the liner will capture most of the baby juice. This is a must-have! The liner will protect your baby nest and is easy to wash. It won't scrunch up under bubs head as it is quilted.
Can I bring the nest with me on the plane as carry on?
Yes, you can. A carry bag is included with every baby nest purchase to make transportation and travelling easier.
Is it safe?
The Bubnest was created with your bub's health and safety in mind. We have considered all risks and taken action to minimize potential hazards. Please click on the tab called "The Bubnest - Safety" for more information regarding safety and usage.
What size should I order?
We usually recommend getting the regular size nest. The mattress in the regular is 70 cm long and the average height of a one-year-old is 75 cm. Maxi is recommended for bubs already over 4 months old. The mattress in the Maxi is 80 cm long and will fit a one-year-old. We also recommend the Maxi for babies who are big from birth and who has tall parents. You can always untie the ropes and keep using the nest opened at the bottom as bub grows.
Where are the nests being made?
All of our baby nests and liners are being made right here in Australia, Brisbane, by our team of skilled seamstresses.
Can I purchase a gift card with another value than the ones displayed in your shop?
Absolutely! Just contact us at bubmail@bubnest.com.au and we will be happy to help you out.
Will I be able to return my nest if I change my mind?
We have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If the product is not what you expected when you receive it, you can return the unused product and we will give you a full refund of the product value. We will provide you with a refund as soon as we have received and inspected the product. You are responsible for shipping the product back to us and we highly recommend sending the product with a tracking number to make sure that the parcel is delivered safely. Can I exchange my baby nest for another size/pattern?
Yes, as long as the nest hasn’t been used and is sent back to us in its original condition. Please contact our friendly customer service team at bubmail@bubnest.com.au to arrange an exchange.
